It is equally difficult to dispute the claim that the roots of all vices – war, crime, social disasters, and virtuous things – peace, humanity, mutual respect, and tolerance – are to be found in the education system.

The prompt processes of public life transformation set forward new demands in terms of traditional review of educational mission organisation and development of new teaching/learning methods and models.
