Abstract

?he paper builds a single evolutionary concept formation and information of the noosphere, not only as a planetary phenomenon, but as a necessary step in the universal process of self-organization of matter. Sphere of mind seems like the author does not yet exist, and the hypothetical future state of society and its interaction with nature, in which priority will occupy the global noosphere common human intelligence guiding socio-natural system in a safe direction of progressive evolution. Suspected of a broader understanding of future human existence not simply as a sphere of reason, but as a space in which to be embodied the ideals and traits of wisdom.
