The proper realization of the power division principle has a vital role for every state, as it is closely connected with implementation and recognition of democratic rules in the country. The essence of this principle is that the divided governmental power is limited by mutual inhibition and counterbalance. It confronts and overcomes the risks of the power concentration and promotes democracy, as well as it protects and guarantees human rights and basic freedom of the country citizens.
