Abstract

This article is devoted to the conceptual analysis of the model of the universe evolution in the philosophy of global constitutionalism.
Purpose of research: to develop and justify the construct of education and development of the surrounding reality (material and non-material world) within the framework of the social concept of global constitutionalism.
Object of research: the phenomenon of globalization of socio-political, state-legal and financial-economic development of national societies and states as an appearance of social reality, highlighted in the social concept of global constitutionalism.
Subject of research: theoretical content and stages of development of the model of the universe evolution in the philosophy of global constitutionalism in relation to its social essence.

Jacek ZALESNY, University of Warsaw

(Dr. of Science in Law) is Professor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw, Warsaw, Poland. His interests include social philosophy, political science, and constitutional law. Zalesny is the author of several monographs and more than 30 scientific articles. Recent Publications “Understanding the Principle of Citizen's Trust in the State and Law in Poland in the Period of Transformation of the State System”, “Ontological Core of the Social Concept of Global Constitutionalism: Socio-philosophical Analysis of Content and Evolution”.

Vitaliy GONCHAROV, Kuban State Agrarian University Named after I. T. Trubilin

(PhD in Law) is Associate Professor of State and International Law Kuban State Agrarian University Named after I. T. Trubilin, Krasnodar, Russian Federation. His interests are social philosophy, constitutional law, philosophy of law. Goncharov is the author of 6 monographs and 165 scientific articles.
